The anonymous letter writer under “Old makes way for the new” failed to appreciate that we are fortunate in having probably the largest parking area in Rarotonga almost straight across the road directly behind the market, about 120 metres away.

This always has plenty of parking available even during the busy Saturday mornings.

Also the best retailers will always get customers coming to their shops regardless of the size of their parking areas. Primefoods has the best meat on Rarotonga and that shop is always busy even though they only have parking for about 12 cars in front of their shop.
