Twelve proud young men received their certificates of completion for the Blue Light Rider Education and Licensing Programme which has taken a total of three months to complete. 21041405
A dozen young Cook Islands men who successfully completed a one-week course that has been “spiritual, physical, emotional and mental” were awarded their certificates yesterday in front of proud family members.
