Cook Islands has recommended to Fiji Airways that they consider a flight from Nadi to Rarotonga, and even went a step further to facilitate a successful direct charter flight for leaders and participants of the Pacific Islands Leaders Forum last year. MELINA ETCHES/ 24052001
