As all countries are facing issues of staff, it may be time to radically rethink how you incentivise youth who obtain skills oversea's to return, and what key industries will be able to grow and develop in the islands, and how technology is changing the playing field. Top 10 jobs to be replaced by AI. Tech Jobs, Media Jobs, Legal Jobs, Market Research, Teachers, Finance, Traders, Designers, Accountants, Customer Service Agents. There goes all the lawyers, accountants, finance teams from Traders. Look to the key strengths of what the islands can offer, and build on those. With inflation on the up in AU & NZ, don't bank on the low - mid end tourism dollar. You live in a Country that implement change overnight, if you make it happen.
