Her lawyer Lavi Rokoika said she had spoken with Crown Prosecutor Jamie Crawford who was still awaiting a police file on the matter.
She asked that name suppression be continued and called for an adjournment.
Police said they were not sure what the delay was.
The woman had appeared in February when Rokoika said the case was still being processed and she needed disclosure from police.
Having received partial disclosure, at the time, she said disclosure had not been completed.
It was a family matter and suppression was requested at the time until the next call over.
The court heard in February that if her name was released, it would cause injustice to the defendant.
