Advertising & Sales Representative

Cook Islands News is currently looking for a full-time Advertising and Sales Representative to work with the daily newspaper and our professional media team.
This is a role for someone with a background in sales & advertising with enthusiasm for print and media communications.
Primary tasks are:
• To look after the newspaper’s main advertisers
• Sell and create hardcopy advertisements for the daily newspaper    print edition
• Maintaining and growing relationships with our clientele
• Show your flair for design and copywriting
• Develop and sell ideas
• Liaise with clients in both the Cook Islands and overseas
• Develop advertising for the CINews website and social media platforms
• Maintain sales of commercial printing including rack cards and brochures for the tourism industry
Applicant should have:
•  A positive get up and go attitude
• Good organisation and time management ability
• Computer literacy
• Administration skills including general office knowledge
The successful applicant will be a good team player, confident and outgoing.
