Tupapa too strong for Takuvaine

Tupapa proved to be too strong for their neighbours Takuvaine in the main premier men’s soccer match on Saturday up at the valley by thumping Takuvaine 11 goals to 1.

In the first half Tupapa found the back of the net 4 times and added 7 more goals in the second half.

Takuvaine’s sole goal was scored by Anthony Tuara.

For Tupapa goals were scored by Paavo Mustonen (4), Campbell Best (3), Roger Manuel (2), Eugene Tatuava (1) and an own goal.

In the other matches played on Friday, Arorangi looked to walk away with a one all draw but Titikaveka snatched a last minute goal to win this match two goals to one.
