Four Cook Islands youth will be selected to represent the Cook Islands at the Commonwealth Youth Olympics hosted by the Isle of Man in September.
The Cook Islands Sport and National Olympic Committee announced that athletics, boxing and swimming will be the codes contested by the Cooks at the youth games but only four athletes, who are yet to be selected, will be picked to represent the country.
The youth games is for athletes under 18 and will see athletes compete in athletics, badminton, boxing, cycling, gymnastics, rugby sevens and swimming.
The Isle of Man, otherwise known as Mann, is a self governing British Crown Dependency located in the Irish Sea between the islands of Great Britain and Ireland.
