Due to strong interest in Top Shape Gyms new ‘Shape for Life Challenge’ – the deadline for registrations has been extended to this Saturday from 8am to 12pm at the Taputapuatea gym.

Between this morning and Saturday – registrations will go hand in hand with wellness checks before the challenge gets underway on Monday, June 11.

The challenge, designed to shape healthier lives for Cook Islanders, will run until September 2 but the change each individual makes is one Top Shape Gym hopes is for life.

The Shape for Life team launched the challenge at Tupapa Centre on Friday where over 100 people took part in the event showcasing some of the fun exercise activities that are included in the programme from group workouts to personalised regimes by the Top Shape fitness instructors.

A key message that Top Shape is advocating is that nutrition is a key component in the Shape for Life challenge.

The program will demonstrate how eating healthy portioned meals regularly compliments the training regime that will be offered under the challenge.

To make a change in your life for the better – your first steps should be towards the Top Shape Gym to register for the ‘Shape for Life Challenge’ today.
