Sevens named

Wednesday 15: From the Cook Islands Games sevens rugby tournament held at Easter weekend, a squad has been selected in the Pacific Mini Games train-on squad which is to be coached by Vaivase Samania.

The squad is: Aitutaki – Messine Manpori, Alex Roa, Teu Paerau, Mati Messine, Loni Vanilla, Itu Davey; Puaikura – Tariu Tairea, Sione Fameteau, Turori Matutu; Atiu - Ngati Manuela, Takiri Tairi, Ben Maaka; Mauke – George Turaki, Rua Ngametua; Te Au O Tonga – Kairan Marsh, Ailaoa Samania, Mattew Pierre, Louis Moemai, Tatuava Tatuava; Takitumu – Sailosi Niagi, Bruce Goldsworthy, Duane Gukisuva, Bilsy Gukisuva. NZ – Australia-based players: Koiatu Koiatu, Patella Tou, John Kaukura, Patrick Numanga & Eddie Nicholas

All Rarotonga-based players are asked to report to the Avatea School grounds today Wednesday April 15 at 5pm, and bring your running shoes. If unable to attend, contact Vase on 22055 wk.
