In the under 15 girls division Tayla Beddoes has won 2 games and lost 3 and is set to play Maimiti Marama in the semi finals.
In the tough under 15 boys division Jake Bergman is still looking for his first win after being defeated in his first 3 matches while Tamarua Payne has registered 2 wins and 1 loss in the same division.
Roland Neururer is so far undefeated in the division and looks likely to take on fellow team mate Payne in the knockout competition.
Under 18 boys player Frederick Pickering is still working his way to the top of his pool with 3 wins and 3 losses while under 18 girls player Lillian Maui is still trying to find her top form with 1 win from 4 games.
The tournament heads into the business end over the next few days before the closing ceremony on August 12.
