Meet and greet for 3 age groups

Organising training days is the next step for newly selected netball players in the under 13, under 15 and under 17 national netball squads.

A meeting of all selected players has been called for this evening at the Telecom Sports Arena to arrange training times.

Parents are encouraged to be part of the meeting as the intentions are to work out the best possible time to suit the majority of players.

Luciana Matenga of Netball Cook Islands says that tonight’s meet is also a good opportunity for all the girls to get to know each other before the hard work on court starts.

The young rising stars will represent the Cook Islands at the inaugural Netball in Paradise Tournament scheduled for early December which will see a number of overseas team travel to Rarotonga to play the game they love in paradise.

All players are being asked to be at the TSA by 5.30pm with the meeting to last 45 minutes.
