Honeymoon hook up!

Reeling in a 120kg blue marlin was a honeymoon gift for Kiwi couple Kaylene (second from left) and Jason Hollard (far right) and a pre Round Raro Road Race warm up for Melbourne couple Rebecca and Steve Rosel (centre).

The anglers were on an afternoon charter with the crew from Reel Time Fishing Charters when they caught the monster marlin just off the Panama FAD (fishing aggregating device) which took angler Jason Hollard just 45 minutes to haul in the boat on his own.

His fellow anglers enjoyed the thrill of the catch as well as hooking a number of mahimahi.
