A top-of-the-table clash as well as other battles full of intrigue and skill highlight round four of the SAVA Under 17 men’s football competition.

Arguably the match of the round will be the battle between Tupapa Maraerenga and Matavera to be held at the school grounds.

With both teams level on points at the top of the table it should be a match of both high quality and intensity, with the winner awarded bragging rights and breathing space atop the leader board.

Titikaveka will go into today’s match against Avatiu at the CIFA complex with plenty of confidence having won two of three matches to date. Their form is certainly in stark contrast to their opponents, who have yet to win a game this season.

Running parallel to that match on field two is a clash between Arorangi and Nikao Sokattak that will see the fitness of the youngsters from either side severely tested under the watchful eye of referee Tupou Patia.

All matches are scheduled to kickoff at 4.30pm.
