Titikaveka field will be the place to catch all the slick rugby sevens action when teams gather for the final stages of the tournament.

Fantastic games were played at Ngatangiia field last week in the pool play round of the annual Corporate Sevens competition and today the winners of the comp will emerge.

The two weekends of Corporate sevens has given corporate and club sevens teams the opportunity to polish up their act ahead of the main event – the Cook Islands International Sevens Tournament starting this Thursday October 31 and wrapping up on Saturday November 2.

This is the final chance for teams to have a blow out and get ready for the big event.

As it is finals weekend in the Corporate Sevens tournament – expect plenty of action in what will be a survival of the fittest type of afternoon.

Talented players are dotted across all the participating teams but watch out for Reds powerhouse midfielder Fou Amate, Dragons dynamic Toa brothers duo Thomas and Daniel, the Stallions try scoring machine Sailosi Nagi, the Panthers destructive running halfback Tautua Ofisa and Eels speedster Duane Gukisuva.

Games kick off at 2pm after the opening prayer at 1.55pm.

Prize giving and presentations will be made after the final games scheduled to be played at 4.33pm.
