Spaces are filling up fast for the one-day volleyball tournament this Saturday at the Telecom Sports Arena.

And it’s no wonder as some fantastic prizes are up for grabs not only for the winners of the competition – but every player will be in the chance to win cash prizes through fun novelty games throughout the day.

A maximum of 24 teams of up to 12 players will be accepted into the tournament – and with spaces filling up fast, groups had better get in and register today.

The one-day social volleyball tournament has been organised to kick start the volleyball but with all the prizes by sponsor Super Brown – games are expected to be fiercely competitive with $400 for the winner of the tournament and $200 for the runner up team. All players will go into a lucky dip draw to be in to win a bicycle valued at $490, meal packs, volleyball balls and national volleyball squad t-shirts.

The fee is $25 per player and funds from the one-day tournament will go towards the national volleyball team’s Pacific Games campaign.

Each team must have a minimum of 6 players and no more than 12 and at least 3 women must be on the court during play.

To register a team contact Moari Allsworth-Halston or Tepaeru Herrmann and get ready for an action packed day.
