Black Qwenz retain the title

The 2011 women’s five-a-side round cup champions Black Qwenz have claimed the 2012 five-a-side round cup competition after defeating Victoria’s Secret 1-0.

After sitting in fourth placing on the points table with 10 points, while leaders Victoria’s Secret stood on 12 points, they needed to win the final game to take out the round cup trophy. Black Qwenz pulled one out of the bag, taking the win and trophy for another year.

Second place went to Victoria’s Secret while Lolo-Berries took out third place.

The men’s division will continue their contest today with a kick off time at 5.20pm.
