Serena Hunter – 2015 achievements
Serena Hunter, who won a gold, silver and a bronze at the Pacific Games last year, had a year of achievements after winning the Sportswomen of the Year and the Women in Sports Trophy at the CISNOC Sports Awards in March this year. Serena is pictured with her husband Conrad and her awards. Below is a list of her achievements in 2015.

Showing passion, dedication and commitment to her sport, Serena set her sights high in 2015 with her bucket list goal “the Molokai solo”, the prestigious Kaiwi channel crossing, a 55km ocean race from the island of Molokai to Oahu recognised as the ultimate endurance race for paddlers and the world championships of long distance OC1 outrigger canoeing.
