Two passionate Cook Islanders living in New Zealand have embarked on an ambitious project aimed at protecting and revitalising the Cook Islands language for future generations.
The Cook Islands Government, led by Prime Minister Mark Brown, is preparing to engage with Cook Islands communities across Aotearoa New Zealand from November 18 to 22 in a week-long diaspora consultation.
Hash House Harriers will meet in Matavera for their weekly run. Hares will be Fartarse and Freshup and the venue is the main road opposite Tex Mart in Matavera. The run commences at 5.30pm and all runners and walkers are welcome.
