Two passionate Cook Islanders living in New Zealand have embarked on an ambitious project aimed at protecting and revitalising the Cook Islands language for future generations.
The Cook Islands Government, led by Prime Minister Mark Brown, is preparing to engage with Cook Islands communities across Aotearoa New Zealand from November 18 to 22 in a week-long diaspora consultation.
The first duathlon of the year will be staged today at the Nikao site opposite the Social Centre beach in Nikao.
