Queensland-based Samson Teremoana lands a punch on the face of the Cook Islands heavyweight champion Osalai Akai in the super heavyweight title bout in Wednesday night's Battle of Champions programme at the National Auditorium. Cook Islander Teremoana, who wants to represent the country in the future, won via a unanimous decision in the 3x3 minute fight.
A new super heavyweight champion was crowned on Wednesday night when Queensland-based Samson Teremoana defeated local boxing hero Osalai Akai in the Battle of Champions programme at a packed National Auditorium.
