Dear Editor, The New Zealand Herald has reported that Zespri the kiwifruit company has become embroiled in a major fraud to avoid Customs duties in China by its importing agent in China "issuing TWO SETS (author’s emphasis) of invoices for shipments" and that Zespri "knew about - or tolerated - an obviously illegal ruse to rip off the Chinese Government" (NZ Herald March 30 ’Questions over Zespri’s role in scheme’).
