Dear Editor, I am not sure what motivated Catherine Evans to write the letter regarding me and the Practice Note she circulated which you published in CI News on September 19. I think her letter attempts to paint me as a pain in the derrière for the judiciary and the legal fraternity of the Cook Islands.
