Even if there were justification for the DPM and his sidekick associate minister to travel to Hawaii with their wives after attending Pacific Festival of Arts to be held in Guam, surely it would be far less expensive for them to travel to Hawaii direct from Guam rather than all the way back to Auckland and then on to Hawaii.
