Dear Editor, In my letter to the editor of February 12, I quoted 62 longline licenses based on MMR’s release published on February 8 page 10, I quote, “Cook Islands licenses have been given to 32 frozen albacore and fresh tuna longliners, two carrier vessels, 16 purse seiners under the US treaty, two trawlers, 17 exploratory big eye and swordfish longliners, three fuel and bunker and 13 semi-super freeze longliners (minus 35 degree) vessels”.
