Dear Editor, In regards to ‘snail mail’ from Rarotonga--it’s even slower going the other way! It is not unusual for letters from the UK and USA to take 6 months to get to Raro, and when they do arrive they are tattered and dirty as if they’ve been kicked around the floor.
