Dear Editor, About the Superfund I read your February 4 paper where the Judge said the fund is unconstitutional, so does that mean it is now illegal? The chief of the fund said “The judgment is being dealt with by counsel and government”.

Dear Editor, Congratulations to all of the individuals here on Rarotonga who have contributed to improving the dog situation! I applaud the efforts of the Esther Honey organisation and their staff and volunteers who dedicate themselves for a humane approach to control of the animal population! We have visited the Cooks numerous times over the last 30 years and have certainly noticed that your free sterilisation and education programmes have made a huge difference.
