Dear Editor, It’s now a done deal – the 60 per cent shareholding in Telecom Cook Islands (TCI)has been sold by Spark (formerly Telecom New Zealand) for $NZ23 million (about $US17.3 million) to a new company to be known as Teleraro Ltd.
