Dear Editor, I refer to the seemingly harmless front page reference in Saturday’s lead story – New Zealand to host Puna visit – wherein the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “believes this is the first visit by a Cook Islands Prime Minister as an official guest of the New Zealand Government”.
