Who would have thought the Cook Islands has scorpions.Two that have been recorded on the user friendly online ‘Cook Islands Biodiversity Database’ are the Bark scorpion, Tēkōpio Liocheles australasiae, and the Lesser Brown Scorpion, Sōkopio, Isometrus maculatus .
