Finance minister Mark Brown posted this shot on Facebook of the official party landing on Pukapuka. Tongareva MP Willie John is facing the camera, while Rakahanga MP Toka Hagai is in the foreground at right. “First stop on the public meetings on fisheries was Pukapuka. One hundred per cent Wale,” Brown wrote. “Happy to report the support of Pukapuka for the sustainable purse seine fishing. Also support for 20 mile buff er zone around our island.
