The Rarotonga Puna/Constituency Emergency Operation Centres are now activated, but there is need for more volunteers. Having just graduated as a nurse in November last year, Rosa Bob is now stationed at the Matavera Puna Disaster Risk Management Centre, helping the community battle the coronavirus crisis.
