A fresh shipment of petrol brought an end to Rarotonga's fuel shortage yesterday. Julie Uka – along with daughters Elma'Jae, 4, (second left) and Wilma, 2, (second right) – made it to Pandanus petrol station in town to get some of the first few litres that were delivered to eager retailers. With the latest delivery, officials from the country's two wholesalers said the shortage is officially over. Full story inside. 14060355
