When Prime Minister Henry Puna announced in parliament that he was travelling to Africa, I formed the immediate impression that it’s his curiosity and sense of exploration that is compelling him to go. However as expected, since his travels are under close scrutiny by every Cook Islander, he delivered us the line that he is going to bring home untold benefits.
