Cook Islands Red Cross resource mobiliser Mata Hetland holds the Bank of the Cook Islands receipts to $30,000, happy that this money has been sent to the Red Crosses of Vanuatu, Kiribati and Tuvalu to help with cyclone Pam relief eff orts.
