Puaikura Paramount Chief Tinomana Tokerau Ariki (Tokerau Munro) lends a helping hand to Japanese Ambassador to the Cook Islands Yasuaki Nogawa at the opening the Maungaroa Learning Centre yesterday.

The custodian of a new learning centre filled with national treasures hopes the project will preserve the cultural heritage of the nation for generations to come.
