Haka, cake and kaikai mark big day

The 15 STARS of the Cook Islands flag on a custom-made cake and a riveting haka performance by crew of the visiting HMNZS Wellington, berthed in Honiara for a return visit to the Solomon Islands, set the scene for a small but colourful 51st Constitution celebration led by Cook Islanders working at the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA).
