Fund aims to help wider community

Former New Zealand High Commissioner Joanna Kempkers with some of the more than 30 car seats available at Cook Islands Red Cross to improve the safety of children, thanks to a Head of Mission Fund grant last year. The High Commission is now inviting organisations to apply for the next funding round.
