Breast screening next month

THE MINISTRY of Health in association with the Cook Islands Breast Cancer Foundation will hold this year’s mammography screening programme from July 8 to July 22 at Rarotonga Hospital. Obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr May Aung said the programme had been ongoing and the team from New South Wales, Australia who would be conducting the screening had been coming here since 2007.
