Straying from policy

Dear Editor, Mindful of the recent appointment of the new Human Resources Manager for the Office of the Public Services Commission (OPSC) and its recent unpopular policy to encourage those public servants between the ages of 50 to 60 years to seek early retirement, I am surprised that the OPSC did not recruit a younger individual for the post of Human Resources Manager.
