Controversy continues over Pacifi c Schooners Ltd and its vessel, the Tiare Taporo. The photo featured in a shipping publication in Halifax, Canada, earlier this year. Many weeks after it was scheduled to arrive at Avatiu, the Tiare Taporo is still positioned near the Panama Canal.
