Dear Editor, Nooroa Tuoro (CINews August 20), thinks he is smart or brave for putting his name and blood groups in the newspaper for all to see but really all he is doing is showing off about his heritage and his good fortune for having been born on the right side of the blanket in the Cook Islands.
