Dear Editor, In a CINews article in last week’s Tuesday, April 17, edition, opposition deputy leader James Beer has again repeated comments made over the past few years, challenging finance minister Mark Brown’s often-made and repeated, but arrogantly brash and false, statements of what he believes to be “surplus revenue”.
