Dear Editor, Your lead story on Saturday, December 19 entitled Conflict of interest a real pearler, focused on an alleged conflict of interest and improper conduct on the part of the Cook Islands Pearl Authority (CIPA) when it entered into a promotional arrangement with Drum Productions Ltd (DPL) to launch the Style Pasifika Collection.
