Dear Editor, May I respond to Norm Wilkin’s letter of 19 September headed “Penrhyn could be prize China wants”, but first, may I thank him for putting his name to it. I expected no less from him because according to drumbeats on the coconut wireless he is a retired marine and fellow American.
