A BTIB problem?

Dear Editor, I was reading the BTIB Business Gazette of August which says that ‘as per the directive by the Minister on 13 August to register Huanan Fishery Cook Islands Co Ltd as a foreign enterprise.’ Can you tell me if it’s the same minister that wants to buy a hotel at Ootu in Aitutaki? Some people of Araura enua say that they want the Kiwis to have it, but there seems to be a problem.
