Nikao Sokattak Football team dominated Saturday’s match after winning all their games against Puaikura.

Nikao Sokattak FC won their games ranging from the U8 mixed division to the Premier Men’s match.

In the Premier Men’s Division, despite Puaikura scoring the first goal, favourites Nikao Sokattak FC made 4 goals against their opponent.

Tupapa’s Premier Men’s team won defeating Avatiu Football Club 8-0.

In other premier matches, Matavera scored two goals against Titikaveka. However, Titikaveka FC did not give up and made a lead winning 3-2.

In the U8 mixed category, Avatiu FC secured a win scoring 4 -3 against Tupapa, while Matavaera and Ngatangiia were quite defensive and drew 3 all. And again Nikao made a thrilling finish winning 5– 1 against Puaikura.

In the U10 mixed Avatiu won 3-1 against Tupapa, Matavera won 2 -1 against Titikaveka and Nikao again dominating the win 5-1 against Puaikura.

In the U12 Mixed Division, Nikao defeated Puaikura winning 10-0, Avatiu defeated Tupapa 3-1 and Titikaveka won 3-1 to Matavera.

In the U15 Boys; Avatiu won 10 - 4 to Tupapa, Titikaveka drew 1 all to Matavera and favourites Nikao thrashed Puaikura 5 -0.

Nikao’s U15 Girls, however drew nil all against Puaikura, not able to break Puaikura’s defence. Avatiu scored 1 -0 against Tupapa and it was the same for Titikaveka scoring 1-0 against Matavera.

In the U18 Men’s, Nikao made 8 goals against Puaikura that made one goal, while Tupapa made 2 goals against Avatiu having made 1 goal and a close match between Titikaveka and Matavera saw Titikaveka winning 2-1.

Also in the Senior Women’s games, Avatiu won 1 -0 Tupapa, Titikaveka 1-0 to Matavera. However, this was one that Nikao could not secure as the Puaikura women gave Nikao a thrilling 2-0 win.
