Like squashed cars, electronic waste, tyres etc.
And with a levy on importing such products, there will be a fund to pay for wharf handling etc.
It ain't rocket science.
I'm saying levy all imports which can become inorganic rubbish.and send them back to New Zealand from whence they came, as their usefulness is over.
And the shipping charges are borne by the shipping companies (through their licence agreements) who make money from importing all that stuff in the first place.
