That is exactly what Mark Brown think of the people of the Cook Islands!!

Yet he has to be the dumb one to threaten our New Zealand Passport not knowing how politically suicidal it would be.

The arrogance of Mark Brown keep escalating.  Cook Islands Governments throughout the last 60 years have left behind damaging legacy's for the people of the Cook Islands to suffer.

The main reason for this is because they keep drowning in their own self claimed wisdom, intelligence....  Too dumb to consider being fully informed before making decisions on behalf of the people of the Cook Islands.

Members of Parliament, all your voters are watching you quietly.
