1. Papa Norman George did the private prosecution, largely pro-bono.
2. We do not owe the Crown $180,000 in Court costs.
3. The trial Judge refused to accept our written text messages, obtained through a Court order, disclosing incriminating evidence between the defendants and others.
4. We requested that the trial judge recuse himself from the case, as his appointment was endorsed by one of the defendants. He refused.
5. This matter rests here and is now in our history books.
